Dr. Salvador Arella, Dr. NoliZosa, Dr. Emma Arella, Mrs. Nena Zosa as well as Mrs. Susan Dilkes met with Mayor Garcetti and his staff to discuss the problem of homelessness in Los Angeles. On behalf of PMASC they offered future services by way of putting up a clinic to give service to the people who need immediate treatment. Mayor Garcetti was very happy and receptive of such idea and will inform the group the moment he will be able to provide a place for all these people .
